Vibra Brite is a breakthrough in direct to fabric digital dye sublimation ink.
Sensient Vibra Brite is made from disperse dyes that are dissolved in a clear diluent with an antimicrobial additive. These dyes are made to be digitally printed directly onto polyester fabric. Once the dyes are heat set the true colors will be evidenced. Dye sublimation inks are made by dissolving the dye in a specially designed chemical solution, called a diluent. Direct print dye sublimation ink diluent disperses throughout the polyester over time because it is not fixed by the heat process. As the diluent disperses, a brown cast will appear in white and light areas of the fabric when using any ink other than Vibra Brite. But with Vibra Brite, the dispersed diluent is clear so it is not visible. With many dye sublimation inks, washing is required to prevent mildew and other discoloring bacteria, fungi and protozoans. Vibra Brite dye sublimation ink contains antimicrobials that prevent the growth of these discoloring microbes. Consequently, there is no need to wash the fabric when using Vibra Brite direct digital dye sublimation ink. Vibra Terasil Brite eliminates a costly and time consuming step in the direct print digital dye sublimation process. |

It is manufactured only with material that meets the requirement of the EU's REACH chemical regulation and the US CSPIA lead and phthalate content standards for children’s items.
